Some days 10lbs feels like 20lbs. Today was one of those days but I pushed through and got it done. I've been struggling to post about my workouts because I don't want it to seem like all I do is exercise . My days are usually mostly about the kids, cleaning, cooking, and laundry. I fail in those areas too. Right now there are two full laundry baskets of clean clothes that need folded and put away. One reason I workout for 30 minutes at home is solely for the energy I feel after. I love that!!! Doing these posts help keep me accountable to me…and you might see more of them around here .
